San Simeon Package starting at $108 per person
This is a three hour, four course dinner cruise

This package includes a tailored menu using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. We will customize your menu with selections from the following appetizers, salads, sides, entrees, and desserts. Select two appetizers, a salad, two sides, two entrees, and a dessert to create your own unique menu.

Your appetizer hour will be followed by an elegantly served meal.
Fresh flowers and black linens are included.

Appetizers

Figs and toasted Almond Baked Brie
Ceviche with Freshly caught Rock Cod
Stuffed Crimini Mushrooms with a spicy smoked sausage

Smoked salmon, herbed cream cheese on a English cucumber topped with dill,
Grazing Board: Dried fruits, nuts and assorted cheeses and meats

Shrimp Escabeche
Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Tapenade and hand crafted in house dinner rolls

Bosc Pear and Pomegranate light mustard vinaigrette

Farmstand Ranch Salad, super fresh classic American salad with homemade buttermilk ranch dressing

A delicious crisp Wedge Salad topped with bacon crumbles, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and a creamy homemade blue cheese dressing

Brussel Sprouts in a sherry bacon cream sauce
Roasted Baby Reds with Olive Oil and Garlic Cloves

Oven Roasted Root vegetables with Rosemary and sea salt
