This is an all inclusive package for our tourism partners:

Tri-tip marinated in a Cabernet ginger soy sauce. Served with a reduction. Lightly baked salmon, dusted with a smoked Hungarian paprika, and served with a honey Dijon soy sauce.

The menu includes seasoned fresh vegetables, rice pilaf, Caesar salad, bread, coffee and iced tea with a two hour cruise.

For cruises earlier in the day, we have a delicious brunch option.

Champagne may be added for $7 per person.
